At Benli Recycling, we recycle EPDM-based window and door seals from the automotive industry to produce 100% recycled black EPDM granules.

Developed as an alternative to SBR granules, our recycled EPDM granules can be used in a wide range of applications, from sports surfaces to wet-pour rubber systems, thanks to their flexibility, resistance to outdoor conditions and long-lasting performance.

Our product has been tested as EPDM granules by the independent laboratory Sports Labs. The report measured a particle size of 1.0–3.35 mm and a bulk density of 0.509 g/cm³.

An Alternative to SBR

Recycled black EPDM can be used as an alternative to the black SBR base layer traditionally used in wet-pour rubber systems. By using coloured EPDM in the top layer, multi-layer systems can be created that combine performance and appearance.
